We have assessed over 2000 innovative ideas from health and social care professionals across Scotland. These range from simple medical devices to complex data platforms, and span a range of therapeutic areas.

Expertise

We have protected the Intellectual Property, Trademark, Copyright and Design Right for over 250 NHS innovations; and negotiated multiple commercial licence deals with companies in the UK and internationally.

Impact

We have a strong record in producing spin-out companies on behalf of NHS Scotland; each set up to produce and market healthcare innovations that originated from NHS Scotland employees.
