The NHS Highland Research, Development and Innovation Conference 2025 will be held on Thursday 12 June at the UHI House (formerly Centre for Health Science), Inverness

The conference will focus on five difficult questions or problems currently facing the NHS — “Can we answer difficult questions?” — in particular:

Obesity
Drugs and alcohol
Bed blocking and delayed discharge
Mental health
NHS and financial pressure
